Hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday with 1 weekend in 5 working a Saturday and in Peak working 1 weekend - Saturday and Sunday.

In a nutshell
In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately configuring, loading, quality checking, and maintaining all aspects of the ground contracts modules within the Travelbox (TBox) and MDMS databases.
priorities through all channels whilst actively looking to eliminate any and all financial leakage.
Within this role you'll also support the wider business through multiple channels with a view to optimising product availability, reporting and booking
queries
Day to day
- Load, create, manage and maintain all elements of ground contracts and XML connections across 7 modules on the TBox database
- Utilise Microsoft Excel and additional programs to facilitate complex calculations necessary to input often incompatible data with the TBox
- Log and report all product loaded in line with agreed business criteria.
- Recapping on stop sales, bed bank reports, updating confirmation numbers.
- Produce accurate reporting for external suppliers of excursions and ancillary product.
- Investigate queries raised by the QA team and refusals, amend and advise as appropriate.
- Proactively challenge and/or provide feedback and recommendations on process and system improvements to individuals and departments.
- Including the discovery of any system bugs.
- Provide helpdesk support to the wider business with all loading and setup queries through phone lines, SharePoint, Workplace, Teams,
- Buddy, E-Mail and face to face.
- Liaising with external suppliers both direct and through third party XML suppliers to resolve booking and manifest queries.
- Always ensure decisions are made to maximise profit and reduce financial loss.
Do you possess extensive knowledge and experience with holiday reservation systems? Are you skilled in working with and comprehending Tour Operator contracts and offers in all formats? If yes, then this role may be ideal for you
- Excellent analytical/mathematical skills with the ability to solve complex calculations.
- Great attention to detail and problemsolving skills with the ability to think creatively to solve a complex problem.
- Experience of working to strict deadlines and under pressure with the highest standards of accuracy.
- Commercial awareness when configuring new products to enable the best possible onsale product for the sales channels.
- The attitude to drive down financial leakage with correct and accurate first time configuring and loading of the TBox database.
- Ability to communicate optimally with direct suppliers and all levels of staff across various departments within the business.
