A leading specialist law firm is searching for an Events & CRM Assistant to join their exciting BD & Marketing team.
This London-based role will report into the Business Development Manager, playing a key role in driving the firm's marketing and business development strategy and offering a wide scope of autonomy and responsibility in running quality events.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with corporate marketing/events experience looking to step into their next role within a supportive, friendly team.
The role's responsibilities include:
- Organising inperson and virtual seminars, events, and conferences
- Identifying and designing events aligned with business development strategic objectives
- Drafting communications and assisting in creating promotional materials
- Managing the firm's CRM system performing daily checks and monitoring weekly reports
- Maintaining and developing related website pages
- Marketing/events experience within a law firm or other professional services environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- A collaborative, team player attitude
- Experience with design packages such as Vuture, InterAction, InDesign (advantageous, not essential)
- The ability to build strong professional relationships and communicate effectively
