Key Responsibilities:


As a Logistics Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting our team both in the office and on-site.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting in Project Management: Collaborate with senior contracts managers, surveying team and technical staff to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within specified timelines. This involves coordinating with on-site teams and subcontractors.

Office Duties: Provide administrative support in the office, such as project documentation, scheduling, Risk Assesments, and client communication. Help maintain accurate records and project files.

On-Site Assistance: Gain valuable on-site experience by assisting in the inspection, installation, and completion of damp proofing projects. Learn the technical aspects of damp proofing while working with experienced professionals.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work adheres to industry standards and client expectations. Participate in quality control inspections and contribute to improvements in project execution.

Client Interaction: Develop strong client relationships by assisting in addressing their inquiries and concerns. Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in the Construction industry and within damp proofing/Waterproofing, either onsite or in an office setting, is highly preferable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about damp proofing techniques and project management.
  • A valid driver's license is required for site visits.
