LEGAL & BUSINESS AFFAIRS DISRUPTIVE BUSINESS AFFAIRS CONSULTANCY 5-10 YEARS' PQE LONDON & WFH THE ORGANISATION We are working with a fast-growth, disruptive legal consultancy with offices in London and the West Coast, USA.

It offers strategic support toSME's, start-ups and scale-ups predominantly in the tech and creative sectors.

They are looking to expand the team and wish to hire an experienced company/commercial lawyer to report to the COO.

THE ROLE You will manage a junior lawyer and work directly withyour clients' C-Suite, in-house lawyers and external law firms on multi-jurisdictional commercial and corporate matters.

Your work might include advice on strategic partnerships, vendor agreements, MSA's, core technology agreements, core IP protection strategiesand licensing on the commercial side.

You are also likely to advise on JVs, board and IP resolutions, company secretarial and investment fundraising on the corporate side.

THE CANDIDATE We are looking for a generalist with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and potentiallymuch more.

You will have prior experience in company commercial work as outlined above and experience advising small businesses and start-ups/incubators will be highly desirable.

You should be based in London and qualified in a common law jurisdiction. Weare open to candidates from both private practice and in-house backgrounds.

Personality-wise, this role will suit an adaptable, collaborative lawyer with strong interpersonal and consultative skills and the confidence to make recommendations and take a view.
