The Company Overview:

Butler rose are partnered with a great business in Liverpool, who are seeking an Accountant to join them to cover a maternity leave, from March for 12 months.

They have continued impressive growth within the construction industry, in which they offer a specialistservice. This is a standalone and all-round position in the business.

Your new role as Account Manager
Purchase Ledger - Batching/Matching/Coding/Posting invoices

Sales Ledger - Invoices/CIS Credits

Credit control

Monthly journals

Bank reconciliations

Weekly payroll

Weekly payment schedule

Timesheets/Expenses

EPS Submissions

CIS Submissions/Refund Supplier statement reconciliations

CIS Returns/Statements

Pension submissions

Project Profit and Loss/Variance analysis

Allocating receipts/payments

Vat Returns

Cash flow forecast

Updating cash book

Debit card payments/receipts

Stock

Ensuring that all corporate, HMRC & other mandatory deadlines are adhered to

Assist with other administration duties as and when required Assist external accountant with year end

The Experience & Qualifications Required:

Experience in transactional accounting and AAT Qualification

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Excellent communication skills

Microsoft Office and SAGE 50 experience

£31,000 depending on experience
