Retail Supervisor


Duties:

• Oversee the daytoday operations of the retail store
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
• Train and supervise retail staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
• Conduct regular sales analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
• Assist with administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, and employee performance evaluations

Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory role preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt to changing consumer demands
• Proficient in stock management and inventory control
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales analysis
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

£10.00-£11.00 per hour

• Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

• Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
