Description
With excellent communication skills to interface with all departments across the business your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately inputting new order conversions into Visual ensuring the routings are correct and that they reconcile with the Sales Quotes or quoted bill of materials to ensure efficiency during order execution and delivery.
  • Ensuring any JDR or Customer changes (ECNs) are understood and updated within Visual; prioritising planned orders based on risk and value.
  • Supporting Project Managers with the development of Internal and Customer driven variation orders ensuring accuracy within the Visual system.
  • Regularly interface with Engineering, Projects, Finance and Procurement teams to ensure a robust process is in place to deliver planned orders through the planning function.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures with experience of using Visual ERP being advantageous.

The ability to prioritise your workload and manage your own time to process work, at times, within tight deadlines is key to this position.
