Role description:

Colorifix Ltd.

is in the process of implementing ISO 9001:2015 so this is an exciting time to join the Quality team as a QA Coordinator supporting the development, implementation and organisation of the Quality Management System.

You will liaise with various departments in a busy and dynamic environment, so we're looking for someone adaptable, approachable and able to communicate with a wide range of people, this will include regular travel to our Norwich offices.

As a QA Coordinator you will be involved in:

Planning and conducting internal audits to ISO 9001 standards, reporting on non conformance and working collaboratively to resolve
Assisting in defining and drafting quality documentation to ensure effective and efficient performance across business processes
Supporting the various departments to establish and maintain a documentation control system
Maintaining accurate records relating to compliance and quality throughout the design and development process.
Report on the effectiveness of the quality system and the needs for improvement

Essential skills and experience:

An undergraduate degree and/or experience in a relevant field
Experience of working with Quality Management System ISO 9001:201
A keen eye for detail and efficiency in the way that they work
Excellent written and verbal English language skills
Knowledge of CAPA and quality problem solving tools

Desirable skills

Knowledge of other management systems including ISO14001; ISO45001 would be an advantage

£27,000 - £35,000
