Nationwide (with majority of projects based in London/ South UK)
Compensation:
£400 per installation and £200 per decommissioning. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the applicant.
Contract:
Contracted position: operates on a project-by-project basis, with ad hoc assignments as needed.

AirRated is the global benchmark for indoor air quality, and is a leading Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) certification service committed to ensuring healthy and safe indoor environments.
Our AirScore is an easily recognisable healthy building certification for the built environment; operating across both the commercial and residential sectors.
We offer both design and post-construction certifications which provide the independent, third-party validation of a healthy building specification and the verification that a building is delivering good indoor air quality when in use.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking diligent installers to join our team on a project basis.
As an Installer with AirRated, you will be responsible for the proficient installation and decommissioning of IAQ equipment at designated sites throughout the UK.
This role requires attention to detail, adherence to provided instructions, and effective communication with the AirRated team.Responsibilities:
- Execute the installation of sensors and passive sampling equipment onsite according to provided floor plans and instructions, ensuring compliance with Indoor Air Quality standards.
- Ensure seamless connectivity of equipment to the relevant online platform using a mobile device.
- Document the installation process through photography and provide any pertinent information about the building environment to AirRated.
- Conduct troubleshooting activities to address any malfunctioning equipment promptly.
- Perform equipment decommissioning tasks efficiently and responsibly.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in equipment installation and maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK as required (majority of projects based in London).
Applicants will not be employed by AirRated and must operate as sole traders or be self-employed and submit invoices on a monthly basis.
