Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven Student Services Advisor to join our Front of House team.
Exceptional customer service, operational excellence and a strong community spirit is key to ensuring we maintain a positive first impression to students and stakeholders alike.
An excellent telephone manner is essential to this post, as you will be dealing with both incoming and outgoing calls.
You will deal with learners, colleagues and stakeholders at the Front of House desk, serving as the first point of contact, and providing support as required.
You have an eye for detail and the person who takes on this position is normally tasked with supporting their organisation in a number of ways; such as internal communications, external communications, scheduling, data entry and much more.
