We're looking for a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator/trainee to complement our fantastic residential Lettings team in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stability, progression and growth within the industry. This is a branch that can give you the platform to excel and team to help you grow.

The role of Lettings Negotiator/ trainee is fast paced and as such you will be an ambitious individual eager to hone your skills across lettings.

Ideally you will be someone who likes to see the process from beginning to end.

As Lettings Negotiator/trainee you will be responsible for:

Arranging property viewings
Negotiating lets
Driving market share and finding new opportunities
Carrying out administration duties from start to move in
Building rapport and relationships with new and old investors

As Lettings Negotiator you will have the following skill set:

Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
Poses a can do attitude with drive to grow your career
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Full UK driving license with access to a car is essential
Recent experience working within the property sector would be ideal but not essential

Salary:
£19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
