Are you an exceptional Senior Nurse / Clinical Lead (RGN) seeking an exciting new opportunity to make a difference in our clients nursing home?

Royal Blue Consultants are searching for an enthusiastic nurse to join an excellent care team as a
Senior Nurse / Clinical Lead at a
medium sized nursing home on
day shifts.

This home prides itself on being a care home for the community and strives to give residents the best possible life.

You will form an integral part of the care team which consists of care assistants, registered nurses, clinical leads, and a clinical deputy manager.

Your role will be to ensure all service users always receive the highest standard of care and attention.

Role Requirements:

Hold a current and valid NMC pin:

Excellent clinical skills:

Your expertise will be crucial in providing top-notch care to residents.

Prior experience in a nursing home setting:

Ideally in a similar position or with plenty of nursing experience.
