Description
Metalis are working with a family run business who manufacture components for a vast array of industrial sectors.

The company require a Tool room machinist who is flexible and enthusiastic to complement the existing team and play a key role in supporting the business and helping it grow.


Responsibilities:


  • All aspects of manual machining, i.e., grinding, (both surface and cylindrical) turning, milling etc.
  • Utilisation of precision/optical measuring equipment to produce parts to drawing tolerance.
  • Testing tooling prior to release.
  • Always observe Health and Safety Regulations.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Problem Solving Skills.

Working Hours/Salary/Benefits:

- £22,308 - £27,378 per annum dependant on experience
