Hours:
Mon

  • Fri
  • 730 to 4pm with weekend work, weekend work is paid at double time.

Customer Service Administrator to join our team.

Customer Service Administrator -
The Role:

You would be working within a busy warehouse in an office role dealing with parcel deliveries and listing products online.

Telephone skills are essential for this role.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Receive electronic orders
  • Print Order dispatch and shipping labels for customer orders,
  • Listing products on sales channels computer skill essential
  • Any other relevant Admin tasks, as required
  • Must have previous experience in a customer service role,
  • Stock control and warehouse experience is desirable,
  • Excellent telephone manner,
  • Administration experience, preferably in a warehouse environment
  • Experience using ecommerce an advantage.
