Description

We are seeking a
full time friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team.

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and escort them to their tables
Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring special requests or dietary restrictions are noted
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
Upsell additional items such as appetizers, desserts, or specialty drinks
Prepare bills and process payments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Provide excellent guest services, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional manner
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy trays or equipment.'
