Operations Support Specialist

Based in Maidenhead
Our client is a global leader of eCommerce analytics through their Insights platform. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Support Specialist to join their team in the UK.

You will be responsible for the operational support tasks which underpin their software to ensure their client accounts work in a manner which meets the clients' objectives.


Qualifications & skills required:

  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Selfmotivated, accountable and committed with welldeveloped decisionmaking skills
  • Strong customer orientation, ability to manage complex and conflicting requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation, problemsolving and prioritisation skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Experience supporting and implementing technology solutions a strong plus
  • High degree of proficiency in Excel
  • Prior experience at a technology / software company a plus
  • European / Asian language skills desirable for EMEA based roles

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
