Description

As a result of continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Glasgow based Insurance Administrator/Claims Handler to assist our company's day-to-day operations.

Experience in working with client portals would be a advantage.


Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the team with day to day operations.
  • Accurately updating customer data.
  • Generating correspondence in a timely, detailed and accurate manner in line with requirement
  • Communicating with customers to ensure service is maintained to a high level.
  • Organising current workload to meet deadlines.

Essential skills:

  • Excellent client service and communication skills; must be able to communicate at all levels,
  • Methodical, thorough and analytical approach.
  • Ability to assimilate and process information in line with required timescales.
  • Priorities change daily; it's important to be adaptable and organise workload.
  • Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Technical Competencies:

  • Strong IT skills; proficient user of Microsoft, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
