Description
As a result of continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Glasgow based Insurance Administrator/Claims Handler to assist our company's day-to-day operations.
Experience in working with client portals would be a advantage.Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the team with day to day operations.
- Accurately updating customer data.
- Generating correspondence in a timely, detailed and accurate manner in line with requirement
- Communicating with customers to ensure service is maintained to a high level.
- Organising current workload to meet deadlines.
Essential skills:
- Excellent client service and communication skills; must be able to communicate at all levels,
- Methodical, thorough and analytical approach.
- Ability to assimilate and process information in line with required timescales.
- Priorities change daily; it's important to be adaptable and organise workload.
- Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Technical Competencies:
- Strong IT skills; proficient user of Microsoft, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
