- Conduct regular "oneonone" meetings
- Provide timely, informationspecific, issuefocused coaching and feedback
- Set departmental, unit and jobrelated context and share technical jobrelated expertise
- Inform employees about organizational and departmental goals and culture
- Gather essential new hire paperwork (E.g. I9, Tax Forms, Bank information)
- Ensure required documentation is received and reflected in the appropriate systeM/File
- Inform about Benefit options
- Conduct New Employee Welcome (orientation)
- Share organizational information and context
