organising meetings and managing databases
- organising company events and conferences
- ordering stationery and IT equipment
- dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries

  • Create an engaging environment, coordinate with department staff to arrange work place
  • Connect employees to colleagues
  • Conduct regular "oneonone" meetings
  • Provide timely, informationspecific, issuefocused coaching and feedback
  • Set departmental, unit and jobrelated context and share technical jobrelated expertise
  • Inform employees about organizational and departmental goals and culture
  • Gather essential new hire paperwork (E.g. I9, Tax Forms, Bank information)
  • Ensure required documentation is received and reflected in the appropriate systeM/File
  • Inform about Benefit options
  • Conduct New Employee Welcome (orientation)
  • Share organizational information and context
