The last few years we have been expanding through innovative products catered to individual needs and now embarking on a journey to develop a niche product built on a cloud platform to be delivered as a SaaS product and fully customisable.


In order to start building a team required to deliver this innovative product we are now looking for a result oriented Business Consultant with a focus on improving business performance.


  • The role supports the Product Owner by analysing the business goals and providing in depth analysis drawn from experience as a consultant.
  • Excellent skills to assess present business position and identify processes for improvement.
  • Provide guidance to formulate an effective business growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with identifying new market areas based on research data gathered via various sources.
  • Advice on how best the existing process bottlenecks can be addressed in order to advance the overall business performance.
  • Good skills to draw end to end process maps and highlight any pain points for resolution.
  • Undertake market data analysis and inspect data models to understand market gaps and recommend potential solution based on data insights.
  • Ability to build good client relationships, understand their point of view and help in improving the existing customer journey.
  • Arrange customer meeting sessions to discuss and document new requirements and review existing business processes to help with product feature updates.
  • To ensure the product documentation is up to date with latest processes documented after each review.
  • Participate in internal meetings to review weekly progress reports and suggest options for further enhancements.
  • Work in collaboration with other colleagues to comprehend ongoing issues and guide on its resolution if possible.

Desired Skills;

  • A master's or a bachelor degree from a reputed university.
  • Extensive experience in advising product based businesses mainly in Retail markets.
  • Good contacts with manufacturers, distributors and resellers in India and middle east regions.
  • A genuine interest to work in a startup environment, flexible and open to challenges.
  • Ability to maintain resilient and professional demeanour in all conditions.
  • Experience in creating presentation using flow diagrams for end clients.
