Nixon McQuade are proud to be working with a family owned manufacturing company based in Cookstown to find an
Accounts Administrator to join their finance team.


As an Account Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with various accounting tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero.
  • Assist with payroll processing.
  • Monitor and track company expenses.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Experience:


  • Previous experience in accounting or finance administrator role.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
