The client is an award-winning leading consumer insights agency, helping brands to create better strategies, products, and businesses


With global offices based in in London, New York and LA, they work with 220+ clients and over 4,500 members to deliver better insights and better work.

Their membership platform alone offers over 34,000 insight formats as well as live events and a weekly newsletter.


They are now looking for an experienced
Senior Insights Editor and curator with a background in cultural intelligence and strategy to join the editorial team and head up their core insight products.

This is a full time permanent opportunity paying up to £45k plus 5% bonus and offering hybrid working - 2 days in office, 3 days WFH (office based in Finsbury)


Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the production of their flagship research into behaviours defining sectors and society.
  • Working closely with senior analysts, you will be responsible for developing and launching a new content stream that mirrors the consultancy offering, developing the initial concept, building the vision, and delivering the editorial vision across design,Live, and marketing.
  • Alongside strategy, editing, and commissioning, as a senior member of the team, you'll lead training and upskilling across the business, helping to train junior team members to become great writers and editors.

The Person

  • Committed to producing the very highest level of editorial output across formats and have the ability to maintain constant attention to detail
  • You'll have the willingness to learn new software systems and adapt to production processes.
  • Experience working with brands or at an agency is a plus.
  • Very high standard of written English
  • Detailedoriented wordsmith
  • Culturally aware, comfortable discussing ideas and thinking laterally
  • Ability to manage time, prioritise, and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
