Our client is a growing Tech recruitment firm with an established track record of servicing the IT needs of their clients from their London and Barcelona locations.

Position Overview:

As a Recruiter based in London, you will play a pivotal role in the thriving organisation. You will have roles to work from day one.

You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent within the European tech sector, primarily focusing on mid to senior-level positions.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining relationships with clients on a particular market (in terms of tech and geographic area)
Approaching and building report with potential client prospects
Developing market knowledge and participating to industry events
Understanding client needs and taking recruitment requirements from a client

Requirements & Qualifications:

At least 18 months experience in a 360 recruitment role
Fluent in English
UK Citizenship or work permit
Sales mindset and interest for technology
Strong organization and timemanagement skills
Selfmotivation and cando attitude
Experience working the tech markets in; Belgium, France, Germany or the Netherlands
Additional language is a plus
