Duties and Responsibilities:
The role will be to help ensure the firm runs smoothly, offering help in all aspects of day-to-day work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering the phone
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Preparing quotes
- Draft and review legal documents related to property transactions.
- Conduct title searches and verify title information.
- Corresponding with agents, lenders, clients and all parties in a transaction
- Opening and closing files
- Reviewing documentation with supervision
- Assisting with all aspects of the conveyancing process
- General administration including filing, photocopying, scanning and diary management
- Conducting Research as directed
- Provide such secretarial/administrative activities.
- Ensure the positive representation of the firm when dealing with clients and other outside agencies.
Skills:
- Conveyancing experience desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent ability to use computer programs such as Word and Excel
- Professionalism when working with clients
- Office administrative skills such as letter writing, typing and filing
- Legal research skills
- Good attention to detail and to be able to carefully analyse information
- Accuracy and attention to detail
Job Types:

From £17,000.00 per year
