Duties and Responsibilities:

The role will be to help ensure the firm runs smoothly, offering help in all aspects of day-to-day work.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering the phone
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Preparing quotes
  • Draft and review legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Conduct title searches and verify title information.
  • Corresponding with agents, lenders, clients and all parties in a transaction
  • Opening and closing files
  • Reviewing documentation with supervision
  • Assisting with all aspects of the conveyancing process
  • General administration including filing, photocopying, scanning and diary management
  • Conducting Research as directed
  • Provide such secretarial/administrative activities.
  • Ensure the positive representation of the firm when dealing with clients and other outside agencies.

Skills:


  • Conveyancing experience desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent ability to use computer programs such as Word and Excel
  • Professionalism when working with clients
  • Office administrative skills such as letter writing, typing and filing
  • Legal research skills
  • Good attention to detail and to be able to carefully analyse information
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 14 months


Salary:
From £17,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
