ROLE SNAPSHOT

Provide advice and guidance to the business on all aspects of Compensation and Benefits using expertise to challenge and influence traditional review of reward
Position the business as an Employer of Choice
Suggest creative and other competitive ways to motivate and retain Talent
Review/Design bonus programmes
Deliver the Benefits review across the wider business
Work with international teams to develop job capsules, salary bands ensuring accurate benchmarking data is assessed
Design a compelling benefits brochure for the business
