ROLE SNAPSHOT
- Provide advice and guidance to the business on all aspects of Compensation and Benefits using expertise to challenge and influence traditional review of reward
- Position the business as an Employer of Choice
- Suggest creative and other competitive ways to motivate and retain Talent
- Review/Design bonus programmes
- Deliver the Benefits review across the wider business
- Work with international teams to develop job capsules, salary bands ensuring accurate benchmarking data is assessed
- Design a compelling benefits brochure for the business
