Resident Liaison Officer

37 Hours Per Week

Circa £32,500 per annum plus car allowance


We are currently looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to be the main point of contact for residents in the delivery of planned investment and maintenance works and projects.

You will liaise with residents in the shaping of services and identifying requirements. You will also manage Asset Management complaints and analyse customer satisfaction and feedback.


To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Have strong communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively
  • Be able to empathise and build relationships with customers
  • Be able to persuade and influence residents and take a pragmatic approach to problemsolving
  • Be able to interpret customer data to inform decisions about improvements to the service we provide
  • Maintain a highlevel attention to detail to ensure customer contacts are recorded accurately on the system
