We're looking for a Planner to join our Highways team based in Edmonton.

Permanent, full time, part time and flexible


Responsibilities


As Planner, you'll be working within the planning team, assisting them with the effective flow of orders from receipt to completion throughout the various maintenance processes, mainly within WMS, task order receipt, planning, scheduling, permitting and completions.


Your day to day will include:

  • Coordinating works to ensure Kier works do not clash with those of others (utilities and other London boroughs) and cause congestion on the network
  • Ensuring all planning constraints are dealt with effectively
  • Producing daily works programmes for operational teams and administering live inventory updates
  • Liaising with external and internal stakeholders and supply chain partners

Who are we looking for?
This role of Planner is great for you if you can:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the highways maintenance industry
  • Use a works order management system for planning works
  • Work to targets set and be fully responsible for performance and outputs and produce data / reports in relation to these targets
