COMPUTER SKILLS TUTOR

Location:
HMP Elmley, Church Rd, Eastchurch, Sheerness ME12 4DZ
Hours:37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary:
Up to £33,000 per annum (Subject to experience)

Apprenticeships:
Development opportunities are available through Apprenticeship standards

Reporting To:
Education Manager

IN SHORT

MK College Group have an exciting opportunity for a Computer Skills Tutor, to join the prison-based Education Team at HMP Elmley in Kent.

HMP Elmley is a large prison with a high churn of prisoners due to it servicing the local courts, therefore the courses are roll on roll off and courses can be short in length, in addition many of the learners have a diverse range of needs and learning abilities, they will often have had a negative experience with education.

As a successful Computer Skills Tutor, you will be able to engage them and provide learners with a positive learning experience.
