Description
We are looking for a Trainee Business Support Administrator to join our team in Gloucester.


Main responsibilities will include:


  • Acting as first point of contact for visitors
  • Managing calls on the switchboard
  • Handling postal responsibilities and coordinating courier services as needed.
  • Supporting the finance department with data entry tasks
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and overseeing the booking system
  • Organising travel, accommodation, training, and conference arrangements
  • Monitoring and restocking office and cleaning supplies
  • Providing general office assistance to managers and colleagues, handling specific administrative projects
  • Collating accommodation invoices and processing them via Compleat
  • Managing the director's expenses
  • Facilitating orders for branded apparel

Successful applicants will be:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident IT users, particularly with MS Word, Excel and Outlook (Pegasus Opera would be desirable)
  • Highly organised; prioritising their workload efficiently

This is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week; 8.00am - 4.45pm Monday-Thursday and 8.00am pm on Fridays.
