Responsibilities

Perform basic tasks, including painting, filling crevices, installing furniture, snagging works, restoring facilities, and managing maintenance repairs to a high standard
Detect and report the need for maintenance and repairs
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner and maintain accurate site records/documentation in association with all works
Ensure standards of workmanship are maintained to maximize the operation, effectiveness, and reliability of the building and systems
Ensure Equinix Health & Safety procedures are always followed
Carry out tasks within typical building environments and at a high level, working from platforms and ladders. PPE will be provided
Keep and maintain all tools in a safe and serviceable manner
Flexibility to work within several sites across Slough and London areas
These responsibilities may vary depending on business need

Qualifications

Full UK Drivers license
Solid experience in working with tools and hardware
Proven years of decorating experience
Full understanding of H&S and its requirements
Ability to build relationships with senior internal stakeholders
