The Role
Key responsibilities
- Processing orders and deliveries
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
- Picking parts for engineers and reactive works.
- Updating computer records
- Ordering replacement parts when necessary
- Completing stock control
- Ensuring compliance of specialised testing equipment.
- Managing holiday cover.
- General office experience and the ability to pay particular attention to detail.
- Ability to report to management.
- Excellent communication skills, telephone/keyboard and computer literate.
- Be well organised with good time management.
- Able to work as part as a team and have leadership qualities.
- Ability to adapt to new systems and learning.
- A reasonable level of fitness as some lifting required.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and complete within the required timescales.
