Description

Our fantastic Attractions Team is growing and we are looking for a Production Assistant to join the Immersive division.

The Attractions Team have a passion for what they do and the attractions they create, working for some of the world's biggest theme park operators, combining live-action, animation and VFX.

Recent projects include the Universal Studios Hollywood Jurassic World.

The PA role will play a central role in the production team, assisting the Producers and Supervisors and being a point of contact for internal and artist queries.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the Producers and Production teams on a day to day basis.
Taking extensive meeting notes
Liaise with senior VFX staff, crew and key VFX clients
Update diaries and schedules
General administrative duties as required
Help with uploads and downloads of material to clients
Able to communicate clearly and professionally with crew and clients
Able to work well under pressure
Excellent organisation skills
Strong computer skills especially with MS Office
Some knowledge or understanding of visual effects or postproduction
Some technical knowledge would be an advantage
An interest in innovation, attractions and realtime technology is beneficial
Previous experience using a database, e.g. Shotgun or a similar production orientated tool is beneficial, but not essential
Interest in gaming and immersive content a benefit
