Description

Due to the further expansion of our business, we are looking for a proactive, friendly, and extremely organised Operations Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, working from our offices in central Norwich.


Working closely with the office manager and senior team you will provide a high-quality, organised, efficient service to both internal team members and external clients.


You will be responsible for efficiently managing and booking a portfolio of client meetings, diary management, supporting the office manager with AML checks, database management and other general ad hoc office duties as required.


You will have the opportunity to develop this role due to your previous experiences and streamline the role to provide a more efficient process.

Skills/Attributes Required:


  • A good attitude and a willingness to grow within the business are the most important traits we are looking for.
  • Previous experience within a senior administrative role.
  • Strong telephone etiquette, topnotch organisational and time management abilities are essential.
  • Selfmotivated with the capacity to efficiently manage work requests and provide administrative support for the business.
  • Proficient in resolving issues in a composed and professional manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both with colleagues, management, and clients.
  • IT literate experience and understanding of the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Be adaptive and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Work well as part of a team but is also able to focus independently.
  • Must have proof of Right to Work in the UK.

Experience Required:


  • Previous senior administration experience.
  • Proven customer services in an office environment
  • Strong IT Skills with MS Office

Salary and Benefits:


  • Monday to Friday flexitime working hours.
  • Starting salary of £25, ,000 DoE, with annual pay rises in line with performance.
