Empowering Learning is a well established teacher training and recruitment service. We were founded in 2003, and offer a trusted support service to all schools within the Teesside area.

A Cover Supervisor is required to work within a Secondary school in the Middlesbrough area.

The role is up to 5 days a week from 8.00 am-15.30pm and will be needed until Easter but may become permanent for the right person to start ASAP.

The school is focused on supporting students on their learning journey.

  • Experience would be desirable.
  • Want to make as difference to a child learning.
  • Be a passionate and fun mentor.
  • Approachable and friendly.
  • Must be confident to over see a busy classroom.
  • Great communicator and listener.
  • Confident with behaviour management.
