Locum Band 6 Paediatric Dietitian - South East London

We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Dietitian to join a leading teaching hospital, based in South East London.

They are seeking a qualified Dietitian with previous Paediatric experience.

Band 6 Dietitian providing dietetic service to infants, children and young people (0-18 years old) with feeding tubes at home in Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham.

This includes both enteral and oral nutritional support.

Will be based at the Waldron Health Centre in New Cross but requires travel to clinics in schools/children's centres and to carry out domiciliary visits to patients in their own homes.

These will mainly take place in Lewisham but with occasional clinics/visits in Lambeth/Southwark.

Will be part of an established community service with dietitians, dietetic assistants and administrative support and work closely with the wider paediatric multidisciplinary team, including speech and language therapists, specialist nurses and community paediatricians.

Position Requirements

HCPC Registered
3 month (minimum) locum assignment to start as soon as possible
Full time hours (Monday
Friday)
Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within Paediatrics
