Overview:
As the Strategic Relationships and Engagement lead for Change Grow Live Gloucestershire, you will work with stakeholders across the county to build robust working partnerships enabling the collaborative improvement of services delivered to communities across Gloucestershire.
Responsibilities:
Working in the South West of England, with easy access to Wales, the Midlands, and the South West Peninsula this is an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Engagement Lead to work within our high performing countywide Gloucestershire service, building strong working partnerships with stakeholders across the county.
You will be based in one of our CQC registered hubs, Stroud, Gloucester, or Cheltenham, with some outreach to surrounding rural areas.
Our team is made up of many skilled staff working together, including our Lead Consultant Psychiatrist in Addictions, GP, Nurses, Recovery Coordinators, NMPs, Peer Mentors, Health Care Assistants, and local Pharmacists.
Our collective aim is to make a difference to the lives of service users and their families across the county.
Our experienced local commissioning team support the service to develop and grow, enabling a focus on service user need and safety across a county with real variance in local needs and character.

We are looking for someone who can actively contribute to the service, ensuring that we deliver consistently excellent clinical services across the county in partnership with local stakeholders.

Whoever is successful will have the opportunity to work within an experienced local team of committed and highly respected staff and receive regular structured supervision.
