Responsibilities:


  • Prepare accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
  • Provide general office administrative duties as required by manager

Skills:


  • Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage accounting software with Sage 50 experience preferable
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent, Freelance


Salary:
£22,851.00-£23,874.00 per year
