'''Job Summary:Responsibilities:
- Prepare accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
- Provide general office administrative duties as required by manager
Skills:
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage accounting software with Sage 50 experience preferable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
