Description

The Best Connection are recruiting for a goal-driven Wholesale Memorial Account Representative to boost company sales by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients within the
Bloxwich area for a renown memorial service provider.

Working with an in house CRM (Customer relationship management) system to manage clients and targets, so general computer knowledge is essential.

Memorial knowledge is preferable but not essential.
All training will be provided.

Monday to Friday 8 hour shifts (37.5 hours per week with optional overtime)

Duties will include:

Preparing and submitting quotes, orders, contracts and various other documents to clients.
Resolving client complaints in professional manner and reporting them to management as required.
Developing and maintaining client relationships with regular follow ups and check ins.
Proven experience in sales/ customer service

1 year:

Ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent telephone manner.

Pay rates and Schedule:

Negotiable Salary depending on, Skills, experience & qualities. (
£19,000£29,000)
Salary can increase with overtime (in work or at home), Saturdays and performances)
Additional pay:
Bonus scheme, commission, performance bonus, yearly bonus.
