Fox Morris are working with Somerset Council in relations to finding a Housing Options Support Officer to start work ASAP

Responsibilities

To be the first point of contact for customers with homelessness or housing register enquiries.
Provide advice, information and assistance all applicants with a housing issue and triage applicants that may be homeless or at risk of homelessness.
To ensure the efficient functioning of the housing register and Homelessness service through a range of administrative, financial and organisational tasks.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.
