Shift supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team we are based in Mytholmroyd, Hebden Bridge.

This position provides excellent exposure to the day to day running of the company,

We are looking to recruit a shift supervisor (this could be split between two people or taken on by one person) to work 8am-12pm and 5pm-11pm these times may vary depending on the day and the workload.

Job specification

Monitoring and controlling staff and vehicles. Dealing with daily problems. Working closely and reporting to management on a regular basis.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Opening up the factory in the mornings.
Supervising and organising the van drivers,Making sure they come in and have their vans ready adequately and promptly leave for the day.
Ensuring the Staff have correctly recorded any stock taken and have correctly done all morning checks required.
Ensuring when they come back in the evening, that all restocking and cleaning is done as required by our schedules and company policies.
Ensuring all vans are parked up properly
Reporting problems to the appropriate persons.
Doing some stock checks in the warehouse and freezers when required
Making sure the factory warehouse is kept clean and tidy at all times.
Morning and Evening shifts required weekdays and weekends

Salary:
£13.00 per hour
