Project Manager

£50 - £63/Hour Inside IR35

Reading, Hybrid

We are seeking a Project Manager for our client based in Reading. This role will be office based minimum 2 days per week and the remainder remote.

The Project Manager role will be an initial 18 month contract, paying between £50 - £63 per hour inside IR35.


This role is inside IR3- Due to the service of the role it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

Role Profile:


  • Evidence of leading cross functional teams in complex project environments
  • Demonstrable experience of managing resources effectively (people, budget, schedule)
  • Extensive stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels
  • Experience of project management tools and techniques for budgeting, change management and project goal setting
  • Risk techniques to manage project risks and interdependencies with efficient mitigation and contingency plans
  • Strong project management background
  • Engineering background
  • APM qualification
  • Knowledge of CEMAR highly advantageous
