    Prosecutor Role Summary


    The City of Manchester seeks a highly skilled and experienced attorney to fill the position of Prosecutor in our Domestic Violence Prosecution Unit.



    • Conducts litigation in State and Federal District court, including appeals through various judicial channels.

    • Assumes responsibility for prosecuting misdemeanor cases involving crimes such as domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking within the 9th Circuit Court – Manchester jurisdiction.

    • Maintains effective working relationships with other City employees, law enforcement officials, community organizations, and stakeholders to ensure collaborative efforts towards achieving justice.
