The Role
The role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Management team and to cover general administration duties throughout the plant

Responsibilities_
Producing letters, documents, minute taking, etc. Organise travel arrangements bookings hotel, flights & other transport requirements
Organise management meetings, sending invitations, booking meeting rooms, organising catering, preparing agendas, taking and circulation of minutes
Meet and greet visitors
Manage the expenses for senior leadership using Concur, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
Produce reports, bulletins and notices as required e.g. daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly
Audit preparation - assist collating and preparing relevant documentation
Post Management - Collecting, opening, date stamping and distribution of inbound post along with outbound post management.
creating spreadsheets, data collating, editing documents, preparing PowerPoint presentations.
Stationary - Ensure that the Bakery has sufficient stationary supplies within budget, having an effective process to minimise both the ordering process within a weekly time frame ensuring supplies are both accurately & readily available.
Co-ordinate site social events, within budget as required
Generate and circulate weekly UK movement sheet and maintain site contact list.
Organise buffets and beverages when required and ensure sufficient supplies are available at all times.
Manage the bookings and accurately rack and record the mileage of the Company pool car. Provide quarterly updates to the Finance manager
To ensure the confidentiality of records and correspondence at all time

Requirements_
Education / Certifications /Related experience
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in office administration or 3 years relevant experience.
Experience of working as an administrator and with excellent pc skills
Experience of working for a Leadership team
Knowledge skills & Abilities
Logical thinking
Exceptional attention to detail
Highly organised and able to prioritise and plan
Able to manage several key issues concurrently
Work within a small team or alone when required.
Ability to communicate at all levels - written, verbal, facilitator, presentation.
