We are seeking a motivated and target driven person to join our team as a Property Sales Consultant.

Requirements:


  • Excellent time keeping

  • Full driving license and access to your own car
  • Proficient with technology

Responsibilities:


  • Looking after a manageable portfolio of buyers and sellers
  • Conducting viewings at client's homes
  • Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents to complete the transaction as quickly as possible
  • Negotiations
  • Introducing properties to clients that suit their requirements
  • Update and maintain the company's CRM system
  • Keeping clients updated with developments

£23,000 basic plus bonuses OTE £31,000

Monday to Friday with every other Saturday off, therefore on a 5 day 6 day rotation.
