Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a National Account Executive (On Premise) to be based in the UK
:


The National Account Executive is responsible for achievement of volume, profit and net revenue targets, interacting closely with the wider Red Bull business including Field Sales, Logistics, Finance & Brand and Marketing teams.

The strategic direction of the Company is to be followed with emphasis on the key pillars within the Channel.

You will be tasked to deliver a strong national strategy to deliver growth and gain new users within your key customer groups, Stonegate & M&B.

Achievement of agreed volume & profit plan by account
:


Deliver against targets, which are driven by a clear business plan that caters to both Customer and Red Bull priorities.

Evaluation of activity within accounts with learning's applied.


Distribution & Awesome In Outlet:

Proactively drive & sustain Red Bull distribution within the On-Premise universe, whilst delivering our executional standards on scale.


Build & land a plan with Customers that (a) retains current stockists, (b) wins lapsed & competitor stockists & (c) brings on non-Energy venues.

(d) bridge the gap in activation by bringing nationals & field closer together to accelerate our position.


Customer Contact Strategy:

Proactively manage customer contact strategy in order to remove obstacles to progress.

Timely meetings with contacts to ensure development of overall business plan. Instigate and follow up top to top meetings with selected customers, drive operational delivery via overseeing Customer field sales interaction with Musketeers/Activators


Red Bull Contact Strategy:

Build and maintain internal contact strategy to help meet overall regional account KPI's. To include field sales, category, logistics, finance, brand, consumer & sports.

Drive On-Premise strategy, liaising strongly with key internal stakeholders such as Sales Director, Channel Manager, Head of On Premise Marketing, NAM LNHS, Commercial Finance & all other On-Premise NAM's


Category Expertise:

To become an expert in category, consumer and customer covering both your customer base and Red Bull.

Positive decisions based on insight both sought and made available. Work closely with internal category contact.


Brand Advocate:


To be a brand advocate to your customers, the trade and Red Bull and mirror the brand values in order to deliver enhanced brand perception at all times.


Forecasting and Development:


Forecast, track & evaluate development of all relevant accounts in order to be able to make well informed, accurate and timely business decisions.

Ensure accurate forecasts of volume, profit and point of sale material.
