Property Development Solicitor - Bromley - £60,000 - £80,000

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Bromley is recruiting for a property development solicitor with 5 + years' PQE to join its team.

You will handle your own busy caseload to include sales and purchases of commercial property, negotiating option agreements, advising on infrastructure agreements, acting for lenders and borrowers in funding transactions and auction disposals.

This role is a realistic route to partnership and this practice prides itself on its supportive environment and team.
