(2) Essential Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of automated marketing campaigns, including segmentation, rigorous testing, seamless deployment, and continuous refinement of processes.
- Partner with business partners to create perpetual automated campaigns and nurture programs that drive convertible leads and opportunities.
- Coordinate and review all requests and translate them to the technical essentials needed for an optimised and successful marketing campaign.
- Leverage targeting and segmentation best practices to support stakeholders in creating audience lists appropriate for campaigns and nurture programs.
- Build relevant and accurate reports and/or dashboards to provide the business with continuous monitoring of campaign effectiveness and ROI (and adjustment suggestions).
- Define standards for integrating sales campaign information between marketing automation, sales automation, and web systems such that meaningful ROI metrics can be determined.
- Developing learning paths and train marketing partners on marketing automation best practices.
- Maintain documentation of workflows, processes, and platform configurations.
- 4+ years demonstrable knowledge of using Eloqua marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and the creation of Sales reports and dashboards.
- International experience working with different cultures and languages in global organisation.
- Use of analytic and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) very helpful.
- Experience working within a Direct Sales organisation in B2B marketing with a proven proficiency in developing and executing integrated marketing automation programs a plus.

- Ability to function in a flexible, constantly changing environment essential.
- Ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining the big picture of the overall system design
