We are currently recruiting for
an ambitious and passionate Guest Service Agent - Front Desk Supervisor who strives to provide and inspire incredible guest service that creates truly memorable experiences for our guests.

Salary:
£13. per hour including Marriott benefits and other incentives; immediate start

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


  • This role seeks an individual who has an interest and passion in working within the Hospitality Industry, and wants grow their career further in our Front Desk operations.

YOUR PERSONAL IMPACT

  • Provides services that meet and exceed guest expectations at every turn, ensuring ongoing repeat business and loyalty from our guests
  • Ensure professional working relationship with all departments of the hotel as main contact person for the daily operation of the Front Office department
  • Ensure that guests receive prompt cordial attention and personal recognition.
  • Assist Front Desk Managers with the efficient and professional running of the front desk, including relationships with other departments.
  • Supervise the staff on shift and provide a gracious hospitality towards all customers.
