Finance Managers
4 opportunities based at their sites in Poole, Milton Keynes, Market Drayton, and Crewe.

You will be inspiring and leading our highly skilled site-based finance teams and contribute to the company-wide culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be an authority on how finance functions thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

On offer is a salary of c. £60k plus £5.7k car and up to 15% bonus

Financial Controller (South)

Responsible for their sites in Milton Keynes, Poole and Shaftesbury, you will collaborate closely with both site-based and group operational teams to steer and improve operational finance across multiple regional sites.

With an aptitude for dynamic thinking, you will proactively partner with Site Directors to spearhead cost reduction and process improvements.

This role attracts a generous salary plus an extensive benefits package

Commercial Finance Manager (Nottingham)

Reporting directly to the Commercial Finance Director, you will collaborate with both Site-based and Group teams to analyse and improve gross margins group-wide.

You will lead the margin management finance function and will oversee the Supply Chain Business Partner to continually improve margins across the group.

This position offers ample opportunity to be actively involved in cost reduction, new business tenders and driving change across the group.

You will have hands-on knowledge of the FMCG sector and the specialist knowledge and skills required to thrive in such a dynamic environment.

This opportunity attracts a salary of up to £75k plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Supply Chain Finance Business Partner (Nottingham)

You will be a proactive business partner who is able to build successful relationships quickly with both Procurement and Logistics divisions.

Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, you will be charged with reporting, analysing and forecasting supply chain costs to drive improvements and reduce margins.

You will be a highly analytical accountant with exceptional commercial acumen from a manufacturing environment.

On offer is a salary of up to £50k plus benefits.

Management Accountant (Crewe)
Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the creation and communication of all periodic reporting.

You will act as a point of contact for to the wider site teams and will liaise regularly with the commercial finance teams to drive through improvements.
