What are we looking for?


We are a friendly team currently looking for two new colleagues to be the first point of contact in our brand-new start of the art Science building.

The Customer Service Assistants will be fundamental to the function of our school, performing a range of customer-orientated tasks ensuring all our stakeholders are satisfied and happy.


The qualities we desire in a colleague are:

  • Ability to work both as part of a team and alone
  • An organised and methodical approach to work
  • Confident and calm manner
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Personable, positive, and enthusiastic approach to visitors

The hours of work are: 08:30 - 16:30


The salary for this post is: £ 20, 547 - £22,149

The University's Campus Masterplan includes three new buildings for the SEE School and marks a real step change in our ability to deliver world leading research and innovation.
