We are currently recruiting a
Site Administrator to be a part of our integral team in
Regents Park Barracks, NW1 4AL
For this role you must have strong IT skills such as MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel - Skills tests are part of the interview and selection process
DBS and security clearance checks are required due to the nature of workplace.

What you'll be doing:


  • You will cover day to day finance including but not exclusively:
  • Paperwork
  • Stocks
  • Aratrade
  • Opx
  • Security checks for staff
  • Staff meetings / welfare / meetings
  • Control petty cash and organise local banking when appropriate.
  • Produce journals in respect of stock movement.
  • Assist Buyer and Outsourced Provider Financial Services in inputting orders and time allocation into system in respect of labour only subcontract costs.
  • Input costs into system.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sustainability objectives through personal behaviour and adapting working practices where required

Experience:


  • Knowledge of all applicable systems and processes
  • Knowledge of customer and client documentation, competition and deadlines
  • Must have some previous experience in a similar role
  • A DBS check will be required for this role
